Company Policies

​1. How long will it take for my book(s) to ship?

Domestic Orders:

  • Your order will ship within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed.

  • Standard shipping times average 5-7 business days.

  • We utilize UPS, USPS, and FedEx as our couriers.

  • Express shipping is available for an additional cost which is calculated at check-out.

  • Your shipping confirmation and tracking number will be provided via email when your order ships.

 

International Orders: ​

  • International shipping is available for persons located in Canada, the Central Africa Republic, England, Germany, South Africa, and the Czech Republic.

  • We will ship your order within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed.

  • International shipping times average 14-20 days.

  • We do not provide express shipping to international locations at this time.

  • Your shipping confirmation and tracking number will be provided to you via email.

  • Your courier(s) will provide subsequent tracking updates as your order moves closer to your destination.

​Bulk (Commercial) Orders: ​

  • A minimum of 10 copies are required to submit a commercial order and to receive the bulk order discount.

  • Commercial requests are made to order (printed on request), so your order will ship within 7-14 business days.

  • We utilize UPS, USPS, and FedEx as our couriers.

  • Express shipping for bulk orders is available for an additional cost which we will include in your quote after receiving your bulk order request.

  • Your shipping confirmation and tracking number will be provided via email when your order ships.

 

2. Can You Provide Gift Packaging? 

Yes. We would be delighted to gift wrap your book for any occasion. Please check the “gift wrap” box at check out and indicate the occasion.

3. Are Refunds/Exchanges Allowed?

  • Orders may be canceled and refunded up until your order ships. After shipping, refunds are strictly prohibited.

  • Customers may exchange their book for the same copy under the condition that the item arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling or manufacturer defect.

  • If your order is unsatisfactory due to mishandling, please notify us within 7 business days via email at info@TheFeelingsTherapist.com

4. Do You Ship Internationally?

​5. Can I book “Ms. Dee” for a Speaking Engagement or Personal Reading?

Yes. Ms. Parker is pleased to consider your booking request and to negotiate the terms of an in-person appearance. Requests for speaking engagements may be submitted here, or emailed to info@TheFeelingsTherapist.com
